overview

Liquid Computing has been making data centers easy to manage since 2003. Our goal is to enable organizations to focus on solving business challenges instead of focusing on data center challenges.

In response to the challenges facing enterprise data centers, Liquid Computing developed the world’s first fully converged communications and computing platform to address the business issues of management complexity, resource under utilization and high total costs of ownership.

We help our customers respond to changing business needs by increasing IT efficiency. Our LiquidIQ solution makes complicated infrastructure changes dynamic and effortless to manage. As a result, our customers manage more resources with fewer staff, reduce computing costs drastically and decrease their data center power, cooling, and space requirements in dramatic fashion.

The company was founded by a seasoned team of computer and communications experts with experience building powerful, reliable, scalable and cost-effective systems in the telecommunications industry.

Liquid Computing’s management and engineering staff hails from some of the biggest, most innovative leaders in the IT industry, including Cisco Systems, Digital, GSI Lumonics, Hewlett Packard, Juniper Networks, Lucent Technologies, Nortel Networks, Quest Software, Sanmina-SCI, and Sun Microsystems. Our technology partners include Microsoft, VMware, RedHat, NetApp, Oracle, AMD and Intel.

We’re a privately held company funded by ATA Ventures, Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC), Export Development Canada (EDC), Dr. Adam Chowaniec, Newbury Ventures and VenGrowth Asset Management Inc.
