Dr. Adam ChowaniecDr. Adam Chowaniec is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Liquid Computing & Tundra Semiconductor Corporation and Executive in Residence at Vengrowth Capital Partners Inc. Adam has held several progressive engineering and executive management positions across the technology spectrum ranging from the Personal Computer through to communications integrated circuits. As Vice President of Technology with Commodore International, he was responsible for the development of the Amiga Personal Computer. Adam has served on numerous boards of directors in the United States and Canada, including Amiga and GEAC Computer Corporations. He currently serves on the boards of Microbridge Inc., and Bel Air Networks. Adam holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Queen's University (Canada), as well as both a Bachelor of Engineering and a Ph.D. from the University of Sheffield (England). |

Ken WigglesworthKen is a Senior Managing Director of Newbury Ventures, a venture capital firm based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Ken serves or has served on the boards of a number of Newbury portfolio companies including Sandvine (listed on AIM and TSX), Liquid Computing, Meriton, Bridgewater Systems, Spotwave Wireless, NewStep Networks, Abridean (acquired by nCipher), Laurel Networks (acquired by ECI) and Highwave Optical Technologies (listed on Euronext). Prior to joining Newbury, Ken spent 13 years at Newbridge Networks and was the company’s CFO from 1996 until the successful $8B Alcatel/Newbridge merger in 2000. Ken earned his designation as a Chartered Accountant from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1987. |

Patrick (Pat) DiPietroPat is a Managing General Partner at VenGrowth and Liquid Computing board member. Pat joined VenGrowth in 2001, and has more than 29 years of experience in high technology. Pat serves as a member of the board of directors of several VenGrowth investees, including Neterion (chairman), BelAir Networks, SiGe Semiconductor Inc., BTI Systems, Liquid Computing Corporation, Nakina Systems Inc. and is a former board member of Sandvine Inc., now a public company. Before joining VenGrowth, Pat was a Vice President of 3G Wireless Systems at Nortel Networks. He previously occupied senior managerial roles in R&D and operations within Nortel and BNR. Pat has been responsible for product development and operations across wireless, optical, switching, and enterprise sectors and has launched several highly successful network products. Pat was also a founder of The Ottawa Network and a board member of OCRI, two non-for-profits focused on enabling the growth of local tech firms. Pete ThomasPete Thomas is a cofounder and Managing Director of ATA Ventures in Redwood City, California. In addition, he has been a General Partner with Institutional Venture Partners (IVP) in Menlo Park, California since 1985. Mr. Thomas has an engineering and marketing background having spent 14 years in various operating positions in technology companies including Intel, Fairchild, and Sylvania EDL. He is presently a Director of three public companies: Atmel Corporation, @Road and Transmeta. In addition, he is a director of several private companies. Rick TimminsRick Timmins brings more than 30 years of experience in finance management for global technology leaders to provide business oversight and strategic financial guidance for Liquid Computing. Mr. Timmins served as vice president of finance at Cisco Systems, Inc., where he worked to provide customers and partners with a thorough understanding of the company’s finance practices and led finance leadership development efforts. Prior to Cisco, Mr. Timmins was responsible for all financial aspects of international manufacturing, design, sales and marketing at Motorola Semiconductors. In this position, he was heavily involved in the development of Motorola’s cellular operations in Japan, growing the business from $300 million to over $2 billion. Mr.Timmins serves on the Board of Directors of Ultratech Inc. and Transmeta Corporation. In addition, he is a member of the M.B.A. Advisory Board for the University of Arizona’s Business School and the St. Edward’s University Advisory Board in Austin, Texas. Mr. Timmons holds an M.B.A. from St. Edward’s University and is a Certified Public Accountant. |

Jennifer Dean BrooyJennifer Brooy has over 20 years of financing experience, including corporate and structured finance, venture capital investing, workouts and contract dispute resolution. In 1997, she joined EDC to serve on the Energy Industry Team structuring corporate loans and international project financing. Greg McElheran, President and Chief Executive OfficerGreg is President and Chief Executive Officer of Liquid Computing. Prior to joining Liquid Computing in 2006 (where he previously served in the role of Vice President of Business Development), Greg was a partner at Axis Capital Corporation, the lead investor in Liquid Computing's seed round of investment. Greg has worked extensively with emerging technology companies significantly impacting the strategic, operational and profitable growth within the software, networking and communications infrastructure industries. Prior to joining Axis, Greg was in-house counsel to Lucent Technologies in the United States and was the lead lawyer on a number of multi-billion dollar transactions. He also served as a member of the Technology Business Group of Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, Greg's legal practice focused exclusively on advising clients on the development, use and commercialization of their technology and services. Greg is a member of a number of technology boards and associations. |
